I had arm full of items and one of the employee brought a cart. I wanted to purchase jewelry without my daughter seeing me .. the supervisor made it happen. I love the profession of each employee…. The cashiers made me to feel special. Two thumbs up to khols and staff! Grateful!!!! 🙏 …

Very nice store with good pricing and great customer service but you have to look ,talk , and be highly professional to get a job here and I guess I was none of that had 5 interviews never got hired! I wish they would flat out just say it instead of getting people hopes up I really wanted the job but God has other plans.

Had a very nice time in the customer service. They were very quick to take care and arrange my Amazon Prime return. They were very nice and courteous. These young ladies helped me quickly and I had fun doing it.

My partner got a good deal on some candles that were on sale and let me know this, so we both took a trip to kohl's---not only did he strike gold again getting a shirt on sale, but I got a great candle that I can use to go through spring. Always come across food things when I come here. Will definitely be coming back!

They were limited to choices of a lot of items and brands they used to carry. Was looking for cologne and perfume for gifts for Christmas and they didn't have any at all.

Kohls has a few good brands but they focus more on the affordable to moderate quality shopper. Not a bad place to grab a cheap tie or an ill fitting dress shirt. The service is good and they take Amazon returns. They run good sales and kohls cash is cool. So I mean it's not a one stop shop but I keep going back.
